BIO
Originally from a homesteading family in Alaska, I am proud to call Sandpoint, Idaho home!
I started working in the Real Estate Field in 2003 when I got the opportunity to work for a Title Company. I was trained in Title Searches, Recording and Notary Service as well as creating listing packets for Realtors. From there, another door opened to work at a Real Estate Office as a licensed staff member. I worked as a transaction coordinator, file manager, marketer and a little of everything else! Although I didn’t know it at the time, this experience laid the perfect foundation for my future as a Real Estate agent. After working in the Real Estate world for about five years, my desire to connect more with people prompted me to make the decision to become a full time practicing Realtor. It was the best decision of my career and I can say that I truly love what I do. I have a passion for people and helping others; my background in Real Estate is just a bonus.
After working in the Real Estate Industry for close to ten years in Alaska, my family and I decided to re-locate to Sandpoint, Idaho. I immediately fell in love with the area, the people and the community. Sandpoint reminds me of home without the nine months of winter and two months of rain! Sandpoint has so much natural beauty, the people are so friendly and the community events have become favorite traditions.
I am an enthusiastic people person who prides myself on customer satisfaction. I am honest, ethical, hard-working and deliver superior customer service. My mission as a Realtor is not to just sell houses, it is to be a Real Estate Advisor and to really take care of the people I work with.
A little about my personal life:
I have been married since 2003 to the most amazing partner and friend. We have three beautiful children and even a little hound dog. I have been very active in the homeschool community as well as volunteer work for the schools, church, mothers club and Festival at Sandpoint. We love to go boating as a family in the summer and skiing up at Schweitzer in the winter. My favorite things to do are spring bike rides and hikes and going to the cider-press in Bonners Ferry in the fall. I love every season in Sandpoint because there is always so much to do and look forward to.
Testimonials
Brittany was highly responsive to our questions. Brittany was truly a pleasure to work with and we hope to enlist her again in the future. We'd highly recommend her to friends. Top notch! Kathy Hatheway
As an out-of-state buyer, it wasn't always easy for me to get to Sandpoint to view properties. As a result, some were sold before I could get there. Nevertheless, Brittney was always patient, supportive and positive - offering words of encouragement. She was right, I now own my little piece of Idaho heaven. I will use her for my next purchase and have recommended her to my brother and nephew. Michele
Brittney is a true professional and outstanding person to work with. She did such an amazing job with her research and fact finding ability. The property she found was perfect, it suited our needs perfectly. There was never any missteps or hesitation on getting the information needed to make an informed decision. She takes great pride in the job she does, and it shows thru in the seamless transaction we had. We have purchased over 20 properties and Brittney has been the most knowledgeable and professional person we've ever had the pleasure working with. She is a true credit to her profession. We cannot say thank you enough for the outstanding job you did.

I liked Brittney from the moment I met her with my children in tow. I knew she was trustworthy and would honor my needs and wants for a home or raw land purchase. She was patient and provided me with the necessary information that I felt comfortable making a purchase in a very short length of time. It was not a simple purchase as there were extra builder addendums that needed to be negotiated andput in writing prior to closing escrow and an easment that needed to be defined and recorded with the sale of the property. I had a lot going on personally so Ireally depended on her to put our best interests forward with the Seller's agent which I think she accomplished fairly with integrity and honesty! Valerie B
